Super Plasticizer For Concrete Admixtures

Range of Super Plasticizer by Amherst

Water Reducers (WR)

  •  The excellent dispersion of PCE increases the water-reducing capacity and decreases cement content.
  • It also provides excellent work-ability and maintain performance without delaying hardening, helping to transport high-performance concrete within required time limits.
Features of WR PCE

High early strength, excellent durability, High water-reducing rate Slump Retention, at a very low dosage.

Slump Retainers (SR)

  •  Visflow VS series is a slump keeping polycarboxylate superplasticizer, designed for High Slump Retention, at a very low dosage.
  • It is a new generation of high-performance aqueous dispersant designed for to be used in concrete applications. Benefits include productivity, lower costs and improved concrete properties.
Features of SR PCE

Ease to formulate targeted slump while reducing the water content. High impermeability, Strength and Improved durability. High water reduction ability (above 20%), Effectiveness at low dosage. Robustness with supplementary cementitious materials,Easy to formulate Low sticky behavior

Hybrid PCE

Visflow VH series is a new generation Polycarboxylate ether based multi range plasticizer based on expertise hybrid polymers technology. It is a water reducing as well slump retarding polymer (ASTM C 494 -Type D).It gives excellent Rheology and self-compacting concrete. Due to steric-hindrance effect imparted by ether-function hydrophilic grafted chain attached to polymer, superior initial workability and later on retention is achievable by use of Visflow VH.
Features of Hybrid PCE

Single admixture for wide range of concrete. Concrete using moderate to high supplementary cementitious material (SCM ). It allows optimization of dosage of cement in order to obtain a specific class of resistance.
